There are a lot of different aspects to Web 2.0 and Library 2.0. But all aspects, such as social and technological, have sharing and openness at their heart. For libraries this means that their staff have to be trusting and their systems have to be open and flexible. This probably means big changes. Below is a useful depiction of Library 2.0.
